This Brazilian bean comes from Planalto da Bahia. Extreme rains in the region of Planalto da Bahia create a moist environment which results in multiple yearly flowerings. A high and chilly climate delays the maturation process of coffee cherries in the region creating a robust, complex and aromatic coffee experience. Enjoy notes of chocolate, graham cracker, walnut and raisin. What a treat!
